KRAMSKI Putting Academy – Successful Workshop for the Young Talents Squad of the BWGV

Pforzheim - 19.02.2018.

Once again in 2018, KRAMSKI PUTTER offers putting workshops for the young talents in the youth squad of the Golf Association Baden-Württemberg e.V. (BWGV). Like last year, the demand was high – all dates for the first half of the year are already fully booked. The first session took place on February 9th.

Michael Torres, who conducted the workshop, welcomed the young golfers at the KRAMSKI Putting Academy in Birkenfeld. “The kids usually play at the golf clubs Mannheim-Viernheim, St. Leon-Rot, Bad Herrenalb, Domaine Niederreutin, and at the Adolescent Golf Club Konigsfeld, Neckartal, and Glashofen-Neusass”, Masterfitter Torres explains. “I saw a coupe of familiar faces from previous years.“

With a mixture of practical exercises and theoretical blocks, Torres was able to introduce all the kids to the concept of perfect putting. A video record of the swing of each participant was thoroughly analyzed and thus, allowed each one to specifically improve personal weaknesses.

A highlight were the three competitions for the longest putt. The goal was to hit the ball as close to the hole as possible. The three winners received a KRAMSKI umbrella each.

Michael Torres is quite satisfied: “The workshop was a great success. It's always great to see the progress o all the kids at the end of the day.“
